Aaahhh...the terriffic two's. This time of life may not show so much physical growth but the academic and social growth is amazing. Two year old begin to understand the idea of "school" and learning. Our two year old's have much work to do as they begin to explore their new found language skills. As they now have the ability to create sentences, our teachers will provide many opportunities for teacher guided group discussions, one-on-one teacher/student conversations as well as their own peer conversations which are the most fun to listen to. Our academics will explore a different theme each week to begin color, shape and number recognition. We will also explore through science activities, music classes, and lots of physical movement both inside and out. As they experience dramatic play, creative art, and sensory play time they feel like they are on top of the world.
